The sprinkler system malfunctioned and flooded this property in Wheaton over a 24-hour period. The water saturated the ceiling and wall materials beyond saving. Our SERVPRO of Carol Stream / East Bloomingdale ASD applied structural drying technicians completed the cleanup, set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and eventually sprayed two different passes, one for odor control and the second an antimicrobial project.
