Commercial Water Damage – Carol Stream School
Commercial water damage struck this Carol Stream school when the water main broke near the front of the building. The pipe burst after classes were done for the day, so there was no problem getting students out of the flooded area. School officials contacted SERVPRO of Carol Stream / East Bloomingdale and asked for help. We provide service twenty-four-hours a day seven days a week, so we dispatched a crew immediately. The less time water is left to sit the less damage will be realized. Upon arrival, our crew would do a thorough assessment of all the damages. They would then generate a comprehensive plan of action for water damage restoration. The initial part of the plan would be using a truck-mounted pump to remove the majority of the standing water. Then commercial air movers and dehumidifiers would be strategically placed to aid in the drying process.
